This 4-bed/3-bath home sleeps up to 14 guests and sits just a short walk/golf-cart ride from one of Galveston’s best beaches. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, a fun pool table/ping pong table, and plenty of room for the whole group to unwind. A private in-ground pool, hot tub, and fenced yard create the perfect backyard oasis. Beachside Cottage is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Guests love the main-level bedroom and bathroom, making this a great option for multigenerational trips or anyone who prefers to avoid an additional flight of stairs.
On the upper level you walk into a game room with a fun pool table/ping pong table combo. Three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms are also on this top level. Two of the bedrooms each feature two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The master bedroom features a king bed with en-suite bathroom.

The fully fenced backyard offers privacy and peace of mind for families and pet owners. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Surveillance Camera: There are 3 exterior cameras. 2 overlooking the front yard and entrance and 1 overlooking the backyard.
House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No pets allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- NO oversized vehicles of any kind per HOA regulations.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
