● Parking: There is room for 2-3 cars on the driveway right next to the garage. Do not block the long driveway as our neighbors need it to access the warehouse next door.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

The house was very well done to accommodate a lot of people. The bunk beds aren’t very sturdy, so I would be cautious planning on who should stay in the top bunk. It only comfortably fits 14 adults. The closet in the primary bedroom was made into a ‘room’ with a bunk bed, but it’s only big enough for children. There’s two couches, but there are not any extra linens or blankets for them that we saw. There isn’t a good place for a large group to sit and eat together. The kitchen could really use a larger table since one would fit. There’s a larger table outside, but that’s only useful so many times in the year (it was for us at night). Bring towels. It’s a beach house, so I was anticipating towels would be provided, but they were not. There was one towel per person for inside, but no extras. They did have a washer and dryer, but for longer stays, I would keep that in mind. After booking, I got a message asking how many cars we would have and were told it needed to be 2-3. That would not have been possible for us and I wouldn’t have booked if that was in the description. Based on the pictures, we could tell that wasn’t true and so we’re just going to wing it. But then we got the check-in instructions and it clearly stated that 5 to 6 cars could fit. We all drive midsize cars and six fit comfortably.The house is right next to a field that has two horses, which was fun. Bring bug spray. The host was very communicative and responsive. Overall we would stay here again.

The pool area was wonderful and the pet area was perfect.Only big problem was the refrigerator had been set to the defrost mode and water was all over the inside drawers. With only two dish towels to clean it up. Dont like where everything has to be emailed or texted. Would rather have a person be available to handle on site problems. Refrigerator issue was quickly resolved but it would have been nice to have been informed that someone was on the way to fix it.

The house needs a good deep cleaning. The dryer needs to be repaired, its so loud. The pool was so dirty we couldn't use it. The master bathroom doesn't have a door, im not a morning person so when my husband was up early getting ready it was hard to sleep in. The mattresses were awful and all need to be replaced. There are a lot of cameras outside so that was a little uncomfortable. There were no pot holders in the kitchen, no hangers for clothes so make sure to take your own.
