● Location: Centrally located on the east end of Galveston Island, Texas, just five minutes from The Strand.
● Lake Access: Applicable for Lake Livingston properties only.
● Beach Access: Less than a 3 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.
● Private Pool: This home features an above-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious deck for lounging.
● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.

The inviting living room features a comfy sectional sofa perfect for movie nights, right next to the dining area with a spacious table for group meals. Prepare delicious feasts in the well-equipped kitchen with a large island and ample counter space. A convenient half bath sits just off the dining room.
On this floor, you`ll also find two bedrooms. One offers a king-size bed and a twin, ideal for families. The other boasts two queen-size beds, perfect for additional guests.
Head upstairs and discover the luxurious primary suite! This haven features a king-size bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a clawfoot tub. There`s another room with a king-size bed and a twin, plus two additional bedrooms, each with two queen-size beds for comfortable sleeping arrangements. Finally, the game room doubles as a fun sleeping space with two double beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.
Venture outside and create lasting memories! Relax by the cozy fire pit with seating, lay out by the pool, or gather around the large deck for al fresco meals using the provided table. Let the fun and relaxation begin at Heart of It All!
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

This house is amazing! Clean, huge, the kitchen is stocked with great cooking utensils, everything worked and it’s in a great location. The house is currently on the market or I would book again for next year! ITS A GREAT HOUSE!!!

The house was clean and spacious and great for a larger group. However, there was not ONE, not ONE, hook or towel bar, or closet. This needs to be clear in the advertising as it is impossible if you are attending any event in Galveston and need to hang clothes or staying more than one night and would like to hang your towel to dry.

We stayed here before leaving on a cruise out of Galveston. The house is in a great location and had plenty of space for our large group. Highly recommend!

Thank you for making sure our stay was comfortable. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the security features of the home and its cleanliness.I believe that installing a digital keypad for entry would significantly enhance guests' peace of mind. Unlike physical keys, which can be copied, digital keys can be easily reset for each new guest, providing an added layer of security—especially since the front door key doesn’t match the back door key when parking in the alley.During our stay, we had a concerning experience with a prior guest who returned to the property to retrieve medication after an altercation with family. Although we assured them there were no pills, we later discovered some loose pills behind a bathroom door and under the bed, which raised safety concerns, especially for children or pets.This situation also led us to notice other cleanliness issues in the home, such as areas where the floors had not been properly swept and the microwave was not cleaned.I hope my feedback helps enhance the safety and comfort of future guests. Overall, it’s a lovely home with plenty of space for family vacations and easy access to the beach and seawall.Thank you!
