The third level houses a private king suite with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to a private deck overlooking the water — the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet sunset. The fourth level is a loft-style retreat with two queen beds, more private deck access, and those same stunning bay views. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
