You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Oasis in the heart of El Coco beach. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, pubs, live music and night life, shops, groceries, local fruits and vegetables, souvenirs,
Green Villas El Coco is comfortable, relaxing and cozy, share a beautiful large common lounge area with a gorgeous pool, beautiful gardened walkways, swim up bar and pool jacuzzi to relaxing, which is shared with other 12 other suites and guests
This suite has two bedrooms; Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. They share one full bathroom; this makes this perfect for friends traveling together or families. Each suite has air conditioning in each bedroom and in the lower common area, hot water, WIFI, smart TV, and towels, hair dryer, mini bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Walking distance to the beach, 300 meters.
Parking is within the gated the property.
The guests can access to these things:
- Pool, swim up bar.
- Outside shower for use before use the pool and jacuzzi.
- Lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxing.
- Public washroom in the common area.

2. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, so extra guests or visitors are not allowed in the pool area for everyone`s comfort.
3. We provide the following items upon your arrival, bath towels, pool towels, coffee, and toilet paper.

• Check-In 3pm – Check-Out 11am
• Please keep the main gate always closed, you must close the gate with the remote control, it doesn’t close automatically.
• Extra guests are not allowed for your own privacy.
• Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
• Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
• Any lost item will be notified, and you have 90 days to pick it up.
• Don’t put toilet paper inside the toilet, in Costa Rica there is not sewer system.
• Extra cost for any damage or loss of objects (keys US$5, towels US$20, glasses and cups US$5, among others)
• Cleaning service included every 4 days
