Welcome to your serene escape at a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath single-family home nestled on a tranquil pond with a charming fountain that doubles as nature’s sound machine. Located in the award-winning Bayside Resort Community, just minutes from Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches, this home offers the perfect blend of coastal charm, luxury, and family-friendly amenities. The community pool is just two blocks away — an easy walk from the house!

This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps 8 - 10 guests and features:
• A beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops, upgraded appliances with a walk-in pantry
• Microwave, Coffee maker, Kuerig, Toaster and Blender
• Custom dry bar with wine cooler
• Screened-in porch and patio overlooking the pond and fountain — perfect for outdoor relaxation, sipping your morning coffee or enjoying the evening breeze
• Grill
• TVs in the master bedroom and living areas
• High-speed WiFi
• Full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room
Sleeping Arrangements
First Floor
• Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bath featuring double vanities and walk-in shower
Second Floor
• Loft-style living room with full-size sleeper sofa
• Primary Bedroom: King bed with private bath
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed (shares hallway full bathroom)
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed (shares hallway full bathroom)
Other things to note
Bayside Resort Amenities (Pass Required). Requests for resort passes must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the guest’s arrival. An administrative fee of $5 per pass will be assessed for late requests or changes made with less than 7 days’ notice.) See below for pricing.

• Sun Ridge Recreation Center: 2 outdoor pools, splash pad, hot tubs, and playground

• Starter items provided: laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, cleaning products. Please note: these items are not replenished during your stay. Linens and towels are not provided. Please see below.

• Bedspreads/Comforters, pillows, mattress pads/protectors

Linens and towels: You are responsible for providing your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
Parking & Access
• Driveway fits 4 vehicles
• Street parking is not allowed
• Garage access for amenities (not for parking)
• E-lock entry with unique code (reset after each stay)
Important Notes
• Must be 25+ years old to book
• No pets allowed
• Streaming services available with guests’ own accounts
• All adult guests must submit ID within 24 hours of booking
• Delaware law requires a signed lease agreement within 10 days of booking
• Guests will have access to Bayside Resort amenities by purchasing recreational passes 14 days before arrival. There are weekly and 3 day passes available. You don’t have to purchase any if you don’t want to – purchase only for those who will be using resort amenities. The price per pass differs depending on the time of year. Children 4 and under do not need to purchase a pass.
Recreational Pass pricing is structured as follows:
Off-Peak periods (January 1-May 15 and September 23-December 31)
3-day pass: $40 per person
Weekly pass: - $70 per person
Peak Season (May 16 - September 22)
3-day pass: $65 per person
Weekly Pass: - $115 per person
Children 4 and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge.
Golf at Bayside is completely separate and at an additional cost. Also, there is one pool at the Pointe which is for residents only.
