FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.

Bayside Amenities Passes
The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additional fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.
Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.
Lease Agreement

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

The inside of the house was nice and clean. Plenty of sleep areas and nice clean bathrooms. The front porch was filthy dirty when we arrived, but I contacted the property manager and him and an associate cleaned the front porch for us, even though he said “ it wasn’t their job.” He was very nice and followed up on two missing shelf fronts in the refrigerator, passing that info along to the homeowner who is responsible for those kinds of things. I would have done it myself if there would’ve been a hose available. Anyway, later in the week I found a hose, brand new on the shelf in the laundry room. The resort lends itself to so many activities that there’s no reason to say there wasn’t anything to do. If you’ve been there before, you know that the neighborhoods are picture perfect and continue to be that way. The amenities pass is on the expensive side, however if you don’t purchase it, you’ll be sorry. We enjoyed the very small front porch for happy hour in the evenings. There are four bikes in the garage two of which are not operating even after I left a message for Bethany to make sure the tires weren’t flat upon our arrival. But no attention was given to the bikes. It’s a great neighborhood to ride around on a bike so bring your own or rent them for the week. The garage is full of stuff and is not meant to keep a car inside.
