Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We booked this house online and driving there, I was a little nervous about what we'd find. The house exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for our family of five to spread out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The screened in back porch was a favorite gathering place for our family most evenings. The kitchen was lovely and the owner's were kind enough to have bikes in the garage, beach chairs and a wagon to put everything in for going to the beach. Lovely neighborhood, too. Would go back again.

This is our 5th year at Bayside and the community never disappoints. The home was beautiful and clean. The previous tenants left about 12 bags of trash on the patio, which took 3 days for vacas to get someone to pick it up. This is no fault of the homeowner.

Beautiful home, spacious rooms and wonderful screened in porch. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. Received additional information regarding cleaning and sanitation process due to COVID, including delays in check in. Waited an additional 1.5 hrs for check in when informed the unit was clean. Arrived to dirty bag of used laundry on the front porch. Emailed the following morning when laundry still wasn’t picked up and had to call 8 hours later to have it collected. Debris on floors, hair on bathroom floors, sand in shower, dust caked on vents in bathroom, refrigerator dirty with spills on shelves, etc. Overall, not clean. I did report my concerns, along with the issue about the laundry to the management company but never received a response. After spending the first night purchasing cleaning supplies and cleaning the areas we used, it was very enjoyable, as with our prior stays at Bayside. Just very disappointed with “cleaning” provided by the management company. We would love to return to this home or section of the community if cleaning issues and addressed for future visits.
