The home sleeps six in three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite is located on the main level and features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the charming attic bedroom offers a queen bed tucked beneath cozy, sloped ceilings. The lower level includes a third bedroom with a queen bed and TV, along with a family room and full laundry room, providing excellent separation of space for guests.
Rabbit Hill Cottage has a warm, slightly rambling layout that reflects its history, with multiple additions over the years that now create a variety of inviting living spaces. These include a living room with Frame TV and wood-burning fireplace, a bright reading and sunroom, a dedicated office space with a large desk, and a well-stocked game room complete with a coffee bar. A ping pong table is located in the garage, adding to the home's entertainment options.
The newly refreshed kitchen features brand-new GE Café appliances and opens to the dining area, making it easy to gather for meals after a day at the beach. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower is conveniently located on the main level between the upper and lower floors.
