You’ll be steps away from incredible restaurants and bars, a short walk to the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station, and just minutes from I-5 for easy access around the city. A public golf course is nearby, and you’re only four houses down from one of Seattle’s best parks—perfect for strolls, picnics, and sunset views.


About the Home

Built in 1912, this beautiful home is full of character and warmth. The main floor is yours during your stay; the basement is separately occupied with its own private entrance.



As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful and inviting living room featuring original hardwood floors, charming details, and plenty of natural light. The space opens into a lovely dining room with built-ins and classic architectural touches.



Continue on to the adorable, kitchen—perfect for cooking a meal or enjoying a morning coffee. Just beyond the kitchen is a bonus room, ideal for relaxing, reading, or getting work done at the dedicated laptop desk.



Step outside to the beautiful patio overlooking a stunning fenced shared backyard. With multiple seating areas and a BBQ available, it’s a perfect spot to grill, unwind, or enjoy a peaceful morning.



You’ll find two cozy bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: King-size bed

• Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed



The home also features a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.



I live downstairs (with my own private entrance). You may see me coming or going, but the backyard is primarily yours to enjoy. Also, I have a cat downstairs so if you have a severe allergy this might not be the spot for you.
