About this house rental
This bright, spacious 2 bedroom home is nestled in the quiet but bustling neighborhood of North Beacon Hill. This is the perfect location for a weekend staycation with many bars and restaurants within walking distance or a home away from home. The light rail is a short distance away with routes to both downtown and Seatac airport. We are very conveniently located for World Cup visits.
Lumen field, T-mobile Park, Wamu Theater & most downtown Seattle attractions are 5 minutes away. Seattle's iconic Pike Place Market is a short distance as well.
There are smart TV's in reach room with most streaming apps available (just require sign in). The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking ware, a coffee station and an assortment of spices. We also offer one complimentary laundry pod and dryer sheet for guest use.
Sip on your coffee or relax in our sun room just outside the front door with a small table and chairs. While there is not a parking spot on the premises there is street parking available. There are tenants in the downstairs unit (duplex), however both units are closed off with a private entrance and separate yard spaces.

Parking uphill/downhill in a congested neighborhood not the best but the house was nice and clean
