Welcome to your cozy Beacon Hill retreat just minutes from downtown Seattle.
Downstairs Unit B is a fully private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom space with its own entrance, smart-lock keypad, and self check-in. Designed with a warm retro-modern style, the unit offers plenty of room to spread out while still feeling comfortable and relaxed.
The split-bedroom layout is ideal for privacy. One bedroom sits on its own side of the unit and feels like a private primary suite with its own bathroom. The second bedroom is located near the kitchen, living room, and second bathroom, giving that side of the home a comfortable studio-like feel.
Inside, you’ll find comfortable bedding, blackout curtains, plenty of towels, a sofa bed, TV, and thoughtful essentials for a peaceful stay. One bathroom includes a bathtub, while the other has a standing shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a retro-style refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, K-pod coffee maker with a variety of coffee options, cookware, utensils, and everyday cooking basics.
The living room provides a cozy place to relax after a day exploring Seattle, with comfortable seating, a sofa bed, and TV.
Guests also have access to shared outdoor and wellness amenities, including:

Free off-street parking is available. The driveway is somewhat hidden from the street but opens into a spacious parking area once inside. Please park in the gravel area in front of the yard fence. When the gates are open, additional parking may be available inside the fenced property. Please do not park in the neighbor’s driveway or parking area.
Your reservation includes private access to Downstairs Unit B only. The upstairs unit is separate and is not included. Outdoor amenities and parking are shared with guests staying upstairs, so you may occasionally see other guests outside during your stay.
This is a peaceful residential property and is not suitable for parties or events.
