Good to know

● Security: For your safety, there are 2 exterior cameras located along the backyard path and near the shed. There are no cameras inside the home or in private spaces.

● Access: The home is accessed via a staircase with 15+ steps. Guests with mobility concerns may want to take this into consideration.

● Parking: Free street parking is readily available during your stay.

● Climate control: Each room is equipped with a mini-split system for both heating and air conditioning, so you can stay comfortable year-round.

● Windows & doors: To maintain comfort and prevent insects or moisture, please keep windows and doors closed while the AC is running. A fee may apply if left open. Recommended temperature range is 72–83°F.

● Cancellation: As we reserve each night exclusively for one group, our cancellation policy is strictly followed. We recommend travel insurance for added flexibility.

● Neighborhood: The home is located in a quiet residential area. To respect neighbors, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted, and quiet hours begin at 9 PM.

● No smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. A minimum fee of $500 applies for violations.

● Booking protection: Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee, or a refundable Safety Deposit. As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
