GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, jacuzzi, free Wi-Fi, limited parking ( 2 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood around the home is described as a quiet residential area with a mix of single-family homes and apartments. It is located near shopping and restaurants, and just a 10-minute drive from FLL Airport. The neighborhood is also close to the beach and to the vibrant city of Miami.

GETTING AROUND
If you`re feeling adventurous, you can take a short drive to the pristine beach, less than 20 minutes away, or venture a bit further to experience the vibrant energy of Miami.
Other things to note
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The standard security deposit for our rental is $500. However, for bookings made during 4th of July week, the security deposit will be increased to $1,500.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 11 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
