Luxury Duplex in Heart of Fort Lauderdale Near The Beach

It was a lovely villa that provided ample accommodation for our large group. The only thing I would note is that in reality it is actually two villas with separate entrances from the front street and a shared back garden with two pools. So you are in effect renting two villas which actually turned out to be perfect for our group.

The only comments I would have is that one of the tv’s in one of the apartments didn’t seem to be able to connect to the channel that the football was being shown on.

Our stay in Ft. Lauderdale was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The house was spotless, spacious, and exactly as advertised, making it perfect for our group. The backyard and pool area were a huge highlight and made for an awesome atmosphere throughout the weekend. The location was excellent as well — close to restaurants, nightlife, golf, and the beach while still feeling private and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and easy the entire time, and everything was well organized for check-in and checkout. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Ft. Lauderdale.

The backyard was great for the kids.

There were some minor broken items in the house. The thermostat, the outdoor fireplace would not stay lit. A little pricey for what it was. But other than this small issues. The property was very nice

Very nice, clean and spacious.

Nothing I didn’t like. All the essentials were left for us which was very nice. We just needed some more mugs for hot drinks.
