The pool is skimmed prior to the guest's arrival and gets professionally serviced on Wednesdays.
Landscaping Services:
To ensure the garden, lawn, and surroundings are well-kept, the lawn maintenance is done on Thursdays.
Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles.
We also offer discounted rates for our guests on Exotic Car Rentals and Yacht Charters.
Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to both units, the backyard is connected.

We booked this property at the last minute after our original booked property cancelled. It worked perfect for our 2 families. We had 10 people. The 2 houses with the shared pool/game area worked great. It was nice to have privacy as well.
