Part of an Estate Collection of properties – The Lady of Loch Lomond dates from before 1820 and was built with elegant lancet windows and arched doorways as Gothic and Norman references.
Brought into the 21st century with gorgeous, carefully detailed renovations with stunning views of Loch Lomond. Easy access to the house from the Glasgow airport, or take a train from Balloch or Tarbet Stations.

The property comes with a breakfast bar and window-seating area that holds 14, the kitchen is spacious and can accommodate a sumptuous breakfasts or late-night gathering.
You can use the study, gym, or play at the snooker table and many other fantastic details that will make your stay perfect.

You can relax in a comfortable snug. with views of the gardens and the loch. Entertainment is key with games, TV and a telescope to explore the starry skies at night. Indulge in the luxurious lounge with a log fire or have a lovely time with friends and family in the dining room.
If that wasn't enough, enter into the media cinema room and distract yourself or the children while you switch off.

The Lady of Loch Lomond is a beautifully restored Gothic-style manor, offering luxurious accommodation for up to 19 guests across nine individually designed bedrooms, each named after native Scottish trees. The ground floor features two en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs, you'll find a mix of king, twin, and triple rooms, some with child day beds, sharing well-appointed bathrooms.

The heart of the home includes a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and window seating for 14, a formal dining room, and a cozy snug with loch views. For entertainment, the lower ground floor boasts a cinema room, gym, bar, pool table, and an additional shower room, ensuring comfort and enjoyment for all guests.

Exit airport, join A8/M8 west towards Glasgow. 2. Continue on M8 then M898 → cross Erskine Bridge → join A82 north along Loch Lomond. 3. At Tarbet take the A83 west towards Arrochar/Arrochar. 4. Near Arrochar, follow local signage for Stuckgowan / estate. Use map pin (redstart.heron.bluetail) to guide final approach.

From Glasgow Airport (GLA)

Exit airport, join A82 north / M8 → follow signs toward Loch Lomond. 2. Continue on A82 to Tarbet, then A83 west to Arrochar. 3. Follow local roads / estate signs to drop‑off at redstart.heron.bluetail.

By Train

From Edinburgh Waverley Train Station

Take train from Edinburgh Waverley to Arrochar & Tarbet station. Direct trains available. From Arrochar & Tarbet station, get a taxi or local transfer to the property (Stuckgowan / redstart.heron.bluetail). The station is roughly 2 miles from the estate.

From Glasgow Central Train Station

Take train from Glasgow Central to Arrochar & Tarbet. From the station, take taxi/local transport to the property.

By Bus / Coach

From Glasgow (or Glasgow Airport via transfer to Glasgow centre)

From Glasgow city centre/Buchanan Bus Station catch a coach of Scottish Citylink service that goes to Arrochar / Tarbet (e.g. the 926 or 976 depending on schedule). Get off at the stop for Arrochar / Tarbet, then arrange taxi or local transfer to Stuckgowan / redstart.heron.bluetail. The estate is a short distance from those villages.

From Edinburgh Airport

Bus from Edinburgh Airport to Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station. Then take coach from Buchanan Bus Station to Arrochar/Tarbet (Citylink). Then taxi or local transport from there to the property.
