The on-site boat ramp is shared with the other two homes on this six-acre lot. Additional amenities shared with those homes include a swing set, tetherball, private horseshoe, shuffleboard, private cornhole game set per home, and volleyball/basketball courts.

Upon entry, you'll find a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or sharing a meal or board game at the formal dining table. Hobby chefs will love utilizing the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample cupboard room. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a fantastic night's rest from the day's adventures.
Serve cocktails on the screened porch or roast marshmallows at the firepit to create memories that'll last a lifetime.

- Your safety matters. The property features 3 exterior security cameras on the exterior of the house. All cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces, are on and not motion activated, and record video
