Casa Renata is an independent villa of 160 square meters located on the hillside just outside the town of Monterosso al Mare , in the heart of the beautiful Cinque Terre. This spacious property represents an ideal housing solution for families or groups of up to 6 people, ensuring comfort and privacy in a setting of rare landscape beauty. The town center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes along a path surrounded by olive trees and vineyards or in 5 minutes by car or taxi.
The house is spread over two levels, with the living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the first floor. The interior space is bright and casual with a pleasant mix of old and new furnishings, original art and with a nautical feel and attention to detail that make it elegant in an informal way and pleasant to live in. It has three double bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The living area is bright and comfortable, perfect for moments of relaxation after a day spent exploring the beauty of the territory.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, and kettle and everything you might need to prepare a meal or snacks. The house also has two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, ensuring convenience and comfort for all occupants.
