Staying at Billy's house is like staying at you good friend's home. It is so clean and well stocked.
I was hoping to just have enough space for our family of 4. The house was way more than that! It was super clean, like it had just been deep cleaned that morning. The kitchen had plates and utensils and glasses and wine glasses for more than just our family. (This is never the case with a rental in Rehoboth.)
We loved the property and are hoping we can sneak a week in next summer.

What a perfect Rehoboth beach getaway/townhouse! Six of us stayed for 2 nights and the house was just what we needed. It was conveniently located a mile from beach and a mile from Dewey so we could visit multiple restaurants, beaches, etc. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and had extra pillows, etc, Checkin was a breeze and we all got our steps in with scenic and easy walks to and from the beach, boardwalk, etc. I highly recommend - you'll love this place!

Everything was neat and clean. Didn't have to ask for anything. Two days after we arrived extra paper towels and garbage bags were delivered to the house.( we didn't even ask). We reached out to Billy while staying there and he responded very quickly. We had no complaints.
