The lush & tropical landscaped courtyard of The Manor with a soothing water feature greets you when you step through the arched building entrance. This completely remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the second floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining area off the living and sliding doors opening to the screened in lanai. The two bedrooms and bathrooms can be closed off as two separate suites.
Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.
***Three month minimum rental in season 2027. Season 2026 available for March***
WIFI included. Smart TV's with streaming in living and bedrooms. One assigned covered Parking. Beach chairs and umbrella available.

Condo just one block from the beach! Several other famous Gulf Beaches like Vanderbilt, Delnor-Wiggins, Clam Pass and Marco Island are just a short drive away. * When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
