✔️ The pool is heated with an electric system and controlled manually by thermostat/switch.
✔️ Respect the home – do not break, damage, or remove anything
✔️ Do not park on neighbors’ property or cause disturbances
✔️ Please gather used towels, throw away trash, turn things off, return keys, and lock up before leaving
✔️ Do not flush items down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions – guests are responsible for any issues from non-compliance
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items must be returned to their original place
✔️ Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges
✔️ Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in
✔️ Early check-in or late checkout is subject to host approval
