After you’ve whipped up some of your favorite foods, share a meal with loved ones in the dining area. When it’s time to unwind, the living room’s plush sofa provides the perfect setting to stream the latest release. Extras include a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall great stay! The only things that disappointed me was the fact that the grill did not work. Also, wish they would have had more patio furniture. The pool is only heated if you pay an additional 35 dollars a day which is kinda hidden in the fine print… to be fair I didn’t read the fine print.. so I found out about that charge 3 days before we showed up. Btw. I should have paid that lol!
