The property is impeccable and new. Everything at this property is top notch from the beautiful kitchen and it's gorgeous quartz counters, to the wide selection of new kitchen appliances and it's fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, baking pans. The house has a Keurig coffee maker with a wide selection of teas and coffees. The pool area and patio are spotless the grill is very clean and fully stocked as well, the host also provided us with very high quality and clean pool towels. Hats off to their cleaning service, they really do an amazing job keeping the house spotless and bathrooms disinfected, they also provided us with freshly washed clean sheets and comforters as well as clean new fluffy towels. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful specially at nights, relatively close to everything you could possibly need. This has by far been one of my best experiences while on vacation. Would Highly Recommend this property it is great and spacious for families. 1st class hosts too. Thanks for hosting us, We'll be back.

The stay was fine, house was clean, instructions were clear. My only disappointment was that the cleaning person was parked in the driveway 45 minutes prior to our 10am checkout. This made everyone feel uncomfortable as if we were being watched.
