A short distance from the iconic Arthurs Seat Eagle, where you can relax inside a state of the art Gondola and enjoy a memorable journey over the beautiful State Park with breathtaking views across the Mornington Peninsula, Port Phillip Bay to Melbourne CBD and beyond.

Fully equipped & state of the art kitchen with island bench with all the essential staples.
Large living, dining, lounge area for all the family and friends to relax, smart TV, Wi-Fi and a gas fire place to gaze into on a cool summer or winters night.
A separate living area (couch can convert to a sofa bed for bookings to accommodate 5 or 6 guests upon request) to simply relax and do nothing, gaze out through the large windows, curl up and read a book, or catch up with friends over a glass of wine and cheese platter. This home will entice you to do it all.

Ducted air conditioning and heating throughout and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and lounge.

An expansive outdoor deck adorns the front the property, to capture those magnificent views, with table & chairs, 2 sun lounges and more superb views as far as the eye can see. Peace, tranquility, only the sounds of nature.

Minimum set nights from mid December to end of January.
Minimum 2 nights all other times, minimum 3 nights long weekends, minimum 4 nights Easter.

PETS
No pets, sorry. The property boundary is not fully fenced or secure.

LINEN
A Full bed linen package provided for 7 nights or more. BYO beach towels.
6 nights or less - This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels, bathroom linen, beach towels.

HIRE LINEN
Contact us for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival.
Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.

Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay. The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council.
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans.
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am.
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving.
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas.
Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace and amenity in their residential area. A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.

Breath taking views,Home is Beautifully presented,But need to change your Tv.setup..Could not get into Netflix of other channels..Very frustrating..Would love to go back.just fix tv..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed the experience offered at Cloud Street. The house gave us time to relax and enjoy each others company. It was extremely clean, well appointed, peaceful and calm. The days ran into each other as the house supported us through our Summer holidays beautifully. We love Arthur's Seaat ans the position was perfect for us, either relaxing with a glorious view with easy access to whatever activity we wanted to enjoy in the Peninsula. I would highly recommend this property.
