Designed for relaxed family holidays and Peninsula getaways, this contemporary home offers comfortable indoor-outdoor living, a private heated spa and an ideal location close to beaches, cafés, parks and everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, with the master suite located upstairs and two additional bedrooms downstairs—making it the perfect choice for families or groups looking for space and privacy.

Master Bedroom (upstairs) – Queen Bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2 (downstairs) – Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (downstairs) – Two Single Bunk Beds (perfect for children)
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for relaxed meals at home, while the open-plan living area offers a comfortable space to unwind. Enjoy the convenience of Smart TVs where guests can log into their own streaming accounts, and stay comfortable year-round with split-system heating and cooling.
Step outside and enjoy the private heated spa, the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the Peninsula.
The property offers driveway parking for two vehicles. Please note the garage is not available for guest use.
Located just a short walk over the overpass to Pier Street cafés, Escape to Dee's is also close to Hillview Reserve Playground, featuring open park space and a bike jump track for the kids. The beautiful Dromana Foreshore is only moments away, offering swimming, beach walks and easy access to local attractions.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
