Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.



To ensure a pleasant stay for you and to keep good relations with our neighbours and local council, please consider our house rules before booking:



1. All guests are required to sign the Peachy Properties booking agreement prior to arrival.

2. For non-Airbnb bookings, a security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required. This will be released 7 days after checkout, pending property inspection.

3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking may be on the property at any time, with a strict maximum of 8 guests unless prior approval has been granted.

4. No parties, events, or unapproved gatherings are permitted at any time.

5. Loud music or any behaviour that may disturb neighbours is strictly prohibited at all times. Please note the property is fitted with noise monitoring alarms.

6. In accordance with local regulations, all outdoor areas must not be used after 10:00 PM.

7. Strictly no “schoolies”, bucks, or hens bookings are permitted under any circumstances.

8. Bookings are only accepted from groups aged 28 years and over.

9. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property.

10. Parking is permitted only in designated areas on the property. Street and nature strip parking are not permitted. The property provides parking for up to one vehicle.

We came down to Dromana for a basketball tournament. There were 7 teenagers and 2 adults. The accommodation was excellent. Large house with big rooms, plenty of beds and space. Very warm and inviting. House had everything you need - from foil, to tea, to shampoo and conditioner. Communication was the best I have experienced. Responded quickly, even when I locked the keys in the house! Nothing was too difficult. Will definitely be back and will recommend this accommodation to others. Thanks for the great weekend!
