Griffin lakeside

Fantastic location, sweet little cottage with a lovely large yard. Really appreciated having the secure backyard for our dog. The most important parts (beds, bath, floors) were clean. For the price and location and last minute booking, it was great.

The house is very bare bones and definitely needs some love. The limited furniture/kitchenware, stained carpets etc didn't bother us as we were out most of the time or it was warm enough to sit outside, but it could be a problem for others. Deadlock on the back door is broken. Backyard was full of old dog poo, limiting its use. Some drawers etc weren't clean. We were happy with the place for a short stay given its price and location and would stay again, but would have been disappointed if it had been much more expensive.
