Great location near "Eat Street" , walking distance to Coles and Aldi and all the shopping, restaurants and nightlife of the CBD. The hotel itself has a gorgeous pool, sauna and gym area, but this apartment is slightly noisy due to overlooking Light Rail station and Northbourne Avenue.
Extra towels for the pool would be cheap and easy enhancement of the experience.
More expensive would be double glazing/soundproofing to avoid the noise from Light Rail and Northbourne Ave.
Even providing ear-plugs would be handy!

The location was great. It was clean and tidy.
The bed was uncomfortable. We were very open about having a five year old, there was barely enough bedding to accomodate him. He slept on a bed we made of the additional doona we found. He ended up sleeping in our bed. The reviews says the apartment slept four, but it would be a tight squeeze. Thicker bedding - on Canberra’s 0 and negative overnight temperatures - would have been appreciated.
