- nothing, I really can’t think about anything good

- because I only stayed here for a short time, I didn’t get any key for the locker and the entrance door/gate?! It doesn’t make any sense… I normally paid for my staying. Just because I am not staying there for a long time?! It didn’t feel safe to have no locker and no key for the entrance gate (where we also had to wait before check-in 30 mins until someone let us in)… So how is it supposed to get in during the late evening. Also then when I used the bell to get in around 8pm no one opened. so luckily I had the contact of someone who is staying there longer and had a key, so she was able to let me in. This is so terrible !! - also then there was no one at the reception - no Locker - no Towel - no Curtains - mattress is uncomfortable and you feel the metal inside the mattress - bathroom could be cleaner - the person at the reception didn’t speak english - the person at the reception was very rude - the person at the reception didn’t treat the cats good.. - I travel now for over 2 years and stayed in so many different accommodations. This one was the second worst experience I ever had.

Everything important is within easy walking distance. The space was tidy and functional, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are practical and well connected, making this place a great choice for both short and longer visits. Overall, a very positive experience, especially due to the outstanding location. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a well-located place in the city.

In addition, the proximity to both the main railway station and the bus station is a huge advantage, especially for travelers arriving or departing by public transport. Everything is well connected, saving time and eliminating the need for taxis or long commutes. The area itself feels lively yet practical, with shops, cafes, and essential services nearby, which adds a lot to the overall comfort of the stay. Moving around the city was effortless, as most important places were accessible on foot. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well organized, offering a pleasant environment to relax after a day out. Overall, the experience was very positive, largely thanks to the strategic location. I would gladly choose this place again and recommend it to anyone who values convenience, accessibility, and a central position when traveling.

We had a wonderful stay at Parkside Place. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the main bus station and close to all the important historical attractions, which made sightseeing very easy. The apartment itself is cozy, well-maintained, and very quiet. What really stood out was the host: incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring about guests’ comfort. You immediately feel welcome. We would definitely choose this place again and gladly recommend it to others

My stay at Parkside Place was truly a wonderful experience. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location is excellent — everything is within easy reach, in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. I would especially like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the host. Even though I arrived as late as 2 a.m., the host patiently waited for me and welcomed me with a smile, without any inconvenience, which left a very positive impression. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant, and I felt truly welcome and at home. I highly recommend Parkside Place to anyone looking for quality accommodation, a great location, and a host who genuinely cares about their guests. I would definitely stay here again.

С самого приезда хозяин встретил меня тепло и с улыбкой, поэтому я сразу почувствовал себя комфортно и спокойно. Он предложил мне чай, как только я приехал, что было особенно приятно после дороги. Этот небольшой знак внимания много для меня значил. Однажды вечером он даже принёс мне пирог, что стало для меня приятным и неожиданным сюрпризом. Видно, что ему действительно важно, чтобы гости чувствовали себя желанными. На протяжении всего пребывания хозяин был вежливым, ненавязчивым и всегда доступным, если что-то было нужно. Он был готов помочь, посоветовать места для посещения и позаботиться о том, чтобы всё прошло наилучшим образом. Такое отношение к гостям сегодня встречается нечасто, поэтому я искренне хочу его похвалить. Жильё чистое, аккуратное и оснащено всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Я чувствовал себя как дома. Расположение отличное — центр города находится всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы, поэтому всё рядом: магазины, рестораны, кафе и достопримечательности. Не было необходимости пользоваться транспортом, так как всё можно обойти пешком. Кроме того, рядом находится автобусная станция, что является большим преимуществом, особенно для тех, кто приезжает на общественном транспорте или планирует дальнейшие поездки. Всё удобно и легко доступно. В целом я искренне рекомендую это жильё всем, кто хочет приятного отдыха, отличного расположения и хозяина, который действительно внимателен и доброжелателен. Здесь по-настоящему чувствуешь себя желанным гостем, и я с уверенностью остановился бы здесь снова.

Отдельно хочу отметить атмосферу уюта, которая чувствуется в этом месте с первых минут. Здесь нет ощущения «чужого» пространства — наоборот, всё продумано так, чтобы гость мог расслабиться и спокойно отдыхать. В интерьере приятно находиться, обстановка располагает к отдыху после насыщенного дня. Тишина вечером позволяет хорошо выспаться, а утром ничто не мешает начать день в спокойном ритме. Хозяин проявлял искренний интерес к тому, чтобы моё пребывание прошло максимально комфортно. Он деликатно уточнял, всё ли в порядке, не требуется ли что-то дополнительно, и при этом не создавал ощущения навязчивости. Такое внимательное и уважительное отношение производит очень хорошее впечатление и вызывает доверие. Чувствуется, что человек действительно любит то, чем занимается, и относится к гостям с душой. Особенно приятно, что можно было рассчитывать на советы по городу — куда лучше сходить, что посмотреть, где вкусно поесть. Благодаря этим рекомендациям я смог увидеть больше интересных мест и с пользой провести время. Это добавило поездке особого колорита и сделало её более насыщенной. Расположение жилья позволяет легко планировать день: всё находится рядом, а транспортная доступность делает передвижение простым и удобным. Можно без труда добраться как до центральных улиц, так и до других районов города. Это действительно большое преимущество, особенно если поездка короткая и хочется успеть как можно больше. В целом могу сказать, что это место сочетает в себе комфорт, удобство и человеческое отношение, которое сегодня ценится особенно высоко. Здесь чувствуется забота о деталях и уважение к гостю. Divni ljudi, prekrasno, mirno i ugodno mjesto u starom gradu. Centar Podgorice i autobusni kolodvor nalaze se na pješačkoj udaljenosti. Svakako ćemo sljedeći put opet odsjesti ovdje! Hvala vam na gostoprimstvu!
