Landal Laceby Manor Resort & Spa

The pod was lovely and had everything we needed for a nights stay. The grounds are lovely and quiet and it was very relaxing.

When we went in the hot tub it had a lot of dead bugs and hairs floating in it, none of the lights worked and only 2 of the 4 corner jets worked

We loved the lodge we were staying in. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and then some The location was secluded but close enough to shops and other villages. Plenty of parking as well. We enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet of the area yet we had TV in every room so on the rainy days, had something to keep the kids busy for a couple hours.

We were surrounded by yellow-jacket wasps. Tried to have our breakfast outside but it was impossible because they were everywhere. There was no service at all. And the WiFi was available but kept cutting out every 10seconds. There was a fridge which was great because we usually like to make our own breakfast and snacks when we go on holiday but the fridge was barely cold. Ended up throwing away a lot of stuff. The freezer was working fine so at least we had somewhere for ice cream and ice lollies for the kids.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Nice big comfy beds and spacious throughout the lodge.

Taps are very stiff to use (but this was covered in the welcome pack) got very wet a few times and our youngest daughter who has an upper limb difference struggled and needed extra help to use the taps & shower controls. No recycling bin just a waste dustbin - needed more bags for our rubbish due not being able to separate recyclable items. The hot tub needs a shelter from rain, extending the roof covering the seating area over the hot tub would be an easy solution meaning you can utilise the hot tub whatever the weather. No family Spa pass options, being able to use the pools within the Spa as a family with older children would have been good, maybe a set time throughout the day when this would be allowed would be a good idea? Didn’t use the Spa at all due to feeling guilty about leaving my daughters out from the experience.

Spacious comfortable lodge, clean, the tv has Netflix, 2 large bathrooms with nice smelling shampoo and shower gel!

The hot tub was very dirty, it hasn’t been cleaned before to fill it up! I saw the man who was changing the water to the next lodge , he didn’t brush it at all even he didn’t drain the whole water and he start fill it for next people which coming!
