玄関扉のスマートロックのパスワードを正確に入力したのに扉が開かないトラブルがあったが、早急に対応いただけた。
・置いてある歯ブラシが外箱のみで中身が入っていなかった。 ・食洗機の中に利用後なのか現れたあとなのかわからないコップが入っており戸惑った。

空間非常寬敞，娛樂和休息可以分開，晚上一家四口分三個房間睡，每個人都不被干擾獲得充分的休息。各種用品應有盡有，例如每個空間都有手電筒，客廳有投影機、除了暖氣以外還有燈油暖爐、加濕器甚至還有嬰兒餐椅，廚房裡有瓦斯爐、咖啡機、電鍋、微波爐，盥洗區有洗衣機、洗衣精、洗沐用品（竟然連洗面乳和乳液都有準備）等等列不完，即使居住天數較多應該也足夠使用，感覺就像回到家一樣，讓人印象深刻！
床單有些許汙漬、投影機不知如何操作
