Location is good. Mountain view is nice.
The layout is somewhat inconvenient as you have to take the stairs just to access the elevator. The hallway and garage lighting switches operate on a short timer. The lights timed out on us several times while we were moving things, forcing us to navigate the dark to find the switch again. Once inside our unit, everything is great.

Четкие инструкции от владельца по заселению, отличное расположение, шикарные виды, тихий и спокойный район. Рядом есть заправка, магазин, в городке есть рестораны с хорошей кухней. Удобные детские кровати, подземный гараж.

This is such a perfect place if you want to travel around the are. Location is perfect, close to the main sightseeings and the Spienz itself is very nice. Apartment is super comfortable and spacious and bright. It has everything with a bonus, The view. Will absolutely recommend it, can accommodate up to 6 people. Host is very nice and left some coloring papers and pencils for my kids, they were busy while we could unpack :)
It has one bathroom but is still manageable
