Most of the problems with Unit 218 lie with the management company and not necessarily with the unit itself. If nothing goes wrong during your stay and you don’t have to deal with them, then you’ll probably be fine. I messaged the property before we left to be sure they had a coffee maker and was told there was not one. We made a special stop on the way down and purchased a coffee pot. Then, when we get there, what’s sitting on the counter? A coffee pot! The email check-in directions give you the address of the office to pick up the keys, but it doesn’t tell you that the office you’re going to isn’t the office at the actual condo. If you’re out of town, I’m sure this wouldn’t matter - you’d just put in the address and go from there. We are local, so we knew where we were going and headed to the condominium, only to find out we had to go back the way we came to get the keys. This could so easily be avoided by having a simple (not the same as the condo) note in the form email. We are with a large group and everyone else got their keys at the property. There was not a parking pass in the paperwork so we just put a piece of the check-in paper in our dash. The code for the beach didn’t work - thankfully we were with friends and just used theirs. I think a 10am checkout instead of 11am is a bit restrictive. We asked for a later checkout knowing the unit was not being rented for the next several weeks. Booking.com said we needed to contact the local office. The paperwork says they’re open Monday-Saturday, but when you call it says Monday-Friday. I left several messages but was never able to reach anyone until I called about 9:20am on Monday and was told no. I said I knew the unit wasn’t being rented and she said we could have an extra 30 minutes because the cleaners were already scheduled. We were packed and ready to go at 10:30. We hung out until 11:00 and the cleaners still weren’t there. The unit itself is very nice.
