We had, had a long day travelling with a lot of walking. We did not know that we would need to walk to the real estate office to pick up the key when we arrived at reception. This would have been a problem if arriving outside the real estate office hours. It would have been good to know this was going to happen prior. The receptionist at the actual location was so helpful and lovely and really helped even though the booking was with a third party. I wouldn't book this way again.
I prefer to book a location that is managed by the actual location. I think this makes it easier to manage especially when travelling from overseas and the check in times could be outside business hours.
