Called the host # when I got to Fairmont, as I hadn't received my unit/code info by email thru booking.com . She answered immediately and gave me the info and it was fine. Closeness to the hotsprings was great for me.

Easy to find. Unit was spacious. Really appreciated that there was ice in the freezer. Owner sent check-in details in plenty of time. Very generous selection of lotions in the bathroom.
No elevator. We are seniors with bad knees & found walking up 4 sets of stairs with luggage quite challenging. Bed had no bedside tables or electrical outlets. We have CPAP machines so had great difficulty finding plug in’s. I ended up sleeping on the couch while my husband took the bed. He found the 3-inch foam on the mattress very uncomfortable. I had the better sleep, ironically. The 1 hand towel had bleach stains. Other towels were so thin and hard! Towels all mis-matched.
