Bright and spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in Cochrane located just off highway 22 &1A, It is an easy drive to Canmore, Banff and Calgary. Quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. Just a short walk to plaza or minutes drive to shopping center. Enjoy mountain life with city convenience.

Upstairs: a spacious master bedroom with ensuite and a quiet workspace, plus two more bedrooms sharing a beautiful 4-pc main bath.
The main floor is comfortable with an open concept - easy to enjoy meals together and relax across the whole main floor space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and a coffee maker.
Guests have full access to the entire home: main and upper levels of the home, and a cozy backyard with a deck.
There's a designated parking stall behind the house, and additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The entire house is exclusively yours. The basement and garage are locked, used only for storing our rental supplies, and are not accessible to guests.
We provide an initial supply of essentials like coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shower and hand soaps, and paper towels to get you started. If these run out during your stay, guests are responsible for restocking as needed.

For pur family location was great and central close enough to Canmore and day trips to Banff..Lake Lousie and so on. House location is in new neighborhood and really quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to river and Tim's... very good stay and would recommend if location works for you.

Excellent home base for Banff! Host's were great at communicating. House was perfect for our family to relax, spread out, and rest after long days of hiking.

Our stay was even better than expected based on the pictures. The townhouse was beautiful, spacious, and easily accommodated our family of five with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We loved the high ceilings, easy parking, and that everything we needed was provided. The neighbourhood was also really nice, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Cochrane.
