The Residences at Fairmont Ridge

Wonderful property with a great layout. Very clean and welcoming. Lots of light and pretty much everything you need to have a great stay.

Parking lot was quite crowded when full and the a/c unit couldn’t go below 23 so in the hot summer heat that was a bit annoying but nothing major.

The place was very clean and conveniently located close to the hot spring pools and nearby stores. It was well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. Communication was excellent, our inquiries were answered promptly and clearly. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent unit, great value and location, very new and clean

Only one A/C setting for all spaces. Not even minimum kitchen supplies provided

The property was nice, bed were comfortable. views in this unit were good.

It was not very clean and the kitchen although had everything to cook, most cooking pots and pans were quite dirty or didn’t get cleaned at all from previous guests. I put in a complaint and they didn’t even acknowledge it. They provide bare minimum for amenities, no shampoo, conditioner or even cooking oil. That is not clear when booking through this site. Towels are given sparingly if you are more than 2 people. For the price, there is better value in the area at Airbnb’s or Hotels.
