Mi-a placut mult ca a fost amplasat intr-un cartier linistit si cu locuri de parcare la dispozitie, patul și canapeaua au fost confortabile. Apartamentul a fost curat, luminos, spatios si frumos amenajat. Recomand Casa Shay Brasov.
Cum apartamentul este la parter, mi-ar fi placut sa aiba o draperie opaca sau o jaluzea ca sa nu se vada de afara în camera de zi. În rest totul a fost pe placul nostru.

Prețul
Mirosul, curatenia Mirosea urat de la niste imigranti care abia plecasera. Lenjeria era la uscat cand am ajuns si nu am avut siguranta ca lenjeria care era pe pat era curată.

Будинок розташований в новому мікрорайоні, парковка вільна поруч. Господарі вчасно надали докладні пояснення про заселення. Квартира на першому поверсі, зручна і затишна, фото відповідають дійсності. Просторий балкон, цікавий дизайн (вінтажний). Тепло (індивідуальне опалення), кухня з необхідним обладнанням і посудом.
Необхідні штори чи щільніші жалюзі у вітальні (вночі дуже світять ліхтарі, важко заснути) Далекувато від "цивілізації", але за наявності власного транспорта це не проблема.
