Boa localização, limpeza, simpatia do anfitrião, espaço do quarto. Cozinha muito equipada.

The appartment is worth a 10 especially for its location and by itself. BUT, I strongly recoment the owner, to change the administrator asap. According to message we were to get info the previous day. On arrival day I called at 12 and at 3pm without a reply. Third time called at 4pm. The message for info come at 4.11pm. We entered after 5pm, or 6pm. The room was undone, as the privious guests had left it. We called 2-3 times, no response from the administrator. We managed to reach the owner, (with his help managed to get into the appartment), who made all the arrangements and a polite lady got it ready. We were able to stay in at 8.30pm.
