O locație liniștită, situată destul de aproape de centrul vechi - statie de autobuz în proximitate.

Spatios, curat, aerisit, saltele foarte bune de dormit.
Nu exista cablu tv. Vizionarea la tv se face doar prin wi-fi , procedeu extrem de greoi pt cei in varsta . Rezervorul de apa de la wc l-am gasit defect
