The room was very clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay at Kata Keet. The host and his wife were wonderful. Extremely kind and caring. We always had great conversations with them in the evenings. The room was spotless, with no bugs or anything unpleasant, and the water pressure was excellent. If we return to Phuket, we would definitely book here again.

Good location, rather close to both Kata and Karon beaches.
Friendly owner.
Appreciate the balcony.
Lacking some basics such as soap/shampoo, hair dryer, a proper waste bin (only a very small one in the bathroom).
Rather noisy area (construction works during part of the day; sometimes party noises close at night; traffic day and night on the main road close by is noisy as well).
Wasn't a problem for me but 2 storeys with no elevator; be aware.
