The moment we checked in up to checking out was such a nice and professional experience. The desk staff were helpful and friendly. The daily cleaning and refreshing supplies in our room was great. Incredibly clean and felt very safe on the property. We did not eat breakfast so I am unable to review that portion but we did see loads of guests enjoying breakfast in the mornings. The location was absol5perfect- 10 mins from kata beach, 15 mins from karon beach. The walking street market was always a hit for meals. Best bang for your buck location and amenities wise. We went to the pool a couple of times and I was shocked at how no one was utilizing it- it was so clean, and so cool/refreshing. I'm not sure why other reviews complain that the pool is small - I thought it was a perfect size at the location. We are already planning on returning next year!!

One-night stay. Comfortable hotel, very well located, with easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good, with a variety of food options. I recommend it for short stays and quick stopovers in Phuket. They were also very kind to store our luggage for a few hours after check-out.
