The guesthouse is sparkling clean which I really appreciated.
It is centrally located within a few steps away from everything you might need.
The biggest disappointment was the balcony facing a wall. I picked this guesthouse specifically for the balcony and the view so it was very disappointing.
On top of that you can’t drink your beverages at the lobby as there is a bar, so if you want to have a drink there you need to purchase it there. Considering the wall view from the balcony I felt it was not fair.

Душевые принадлежности не обновляли. Отвратительное освещение, пошарпанность. Балкон номера упирался в стену соседнего здания (вид на стену)
