La Vista Atami Terrace

We loved our stay here. The hotel is new and immaculately clean. The room was spacious and the bath on the terrace felt like a touch of luxury. We also visited the private baths, which were wonderful. The staff were helpful and friendly and the resort was a great place to relax for a couple of days in the middle of a busy itinerary. The free shuttle bus to the station is a welcome touch.

Nothing. I would visit again in a heartbeat.

Large room with balcony and sea view. Great onsen. Lots of included facilities in the hotel. Lounges with fee drinks and snacks. Shuttle bus to the station in the mornings.

The reception staff were not helpful to me as a non-Japanese speaker, handing me hotel information only in Japanese. They have not printed this in any other languages. In fact I only discovered later that there is any electronic information board at reception which can have other languages selected and can provide an overview of the e facilities. There was also a QR code in the room which also provided some info. It would have been so easy for the reception staff to inform me of this, but they did not. Training needs to be provided.

Service is amazing, from the front guard to the reception to the folks i meet in the cafe. Great service. Service is good, make sure to read the pamphlet. Rooms are great, its facing the beach, seeing the beach during sunrise from the balcony is great. Just in front of Lawson so very convenient.

3 different buildings. Central building has most of the facilities, would be nice to have a floor map of the C3rd floor. And more service on other buildings. So far it only had the vending machines as far as i know.

ジュース飲み放題のコーナーがあった所かなぁ

エレベーターでカードキーをカザして階を押してるのに操作が出来なかった… 部屋のトイレの生理用品を入れるボックスが小さいと思います。
