    整体入住体验非常满意，最大亮点就是全遮挡无敌海景房，阳台直面大海，清晨足不出户就能欣赏绝美海上日出，视野堪称一绝。 酒店提供热海车站接送服务，我们此行忘记提前预约，便步行前往，沿途有不少坡道，稍费体力。5楼设有公共温泉大浴场，游玩过后泡汤格外放松。浴场人流分时段差异明显，清晨七八点基本无人，第一天下午三点多也很清静，第二天同一时段游客就比较多了。 酒店有贴心政策：选择不打扫客房，可兑换店内消费券，能在酒店商店使用；入住还会赠送免费软饮，福利很实在。位置不在热海核心商圈，往返车站、银座需要步行较长距离且多坡道，腿脚不便或携带大件行李会比较吃力。 硬件方面能看出酒店有一定年头，设施偏老旧，客房依旧使用传统机械钥匙，且仅配备一把，多人出行使用不太方便。客房整体卫生尚可，仅在榻榻米区域看到少许饮品洒落的痕迹。早餐口味不错，品类丰富，还有四种现烤鲜鱼，食材新鲜可口。酒店后方有直达箱根的公交，出行换乘十分便利。综合来看，看重海景和温泉的话，这家酒店非常值得选择。

    they have parking but they told us to paking near to combining store . when we ask about additional charg . they said we have to be members of those hotel so we can have reduce parking price ,if not we have to pay like usual people .little bit surprise .
