The location was great. Quiet, safe, and only a few blocks to many restaurants, shops and a lovely beach. The kitchen is very well equipped. the beds are comfortable and the outdoor terraces and gardens by the pool are nice. The property manager didn't speak English, but with google translate we managed to communicate well.
When we arrived we discovered the downstairs had one airconditioner in an office space which wasn't working and two airconditioners in 2 of the 3 bedrooms either weren't working or needed some reparit to work better. The property manager was warm, friendly and as helpful as she could be, but she only had one key into the property so we had to wait around for the air conditioner to arrive to fix the problems. Also, the swimming pool needed a little cleaning and we were told the pool clearner would arrive the next day. Again, we waited for them but they never arrived for the entire visit.
We didn't care for the very bright lighting in the bedrooms. This could be easily improved with some bedside table lamps.

Location, private pool, large rooms, bathrooms for each room, good kitchen
Pool area floor was dirty, and pool needed skimming everyday due to trees. Downstairs air conditioning not work and not even looked at during our week stay. Blinds not great. One bedroom blinds would not close and no blinds in one bathroom. Nice to have had lounger or good chairs on roof top. Wifi okay on bottom floor but almost non existent one floor up. Spa tub not working. It was on the listing when we booked. Had conversation with owner and asked for compensation and we got no resolution nor further contact. Toaster would be nice just the gas oven to toast in. Says Spanish and English. Our contact could speak no English.
