It is close to the university.
The bed and the bathroom are too small.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. Good value for money. Near a big shopping center, which has a very reasonable food court.
Was surprised at how quiet it was considering most residents are young uni students.
Not a serious issue, but sometimes early morning noise in front of main entrance of building. Wear ear plugs, or request a room at the back of the building. It's also a little out of the way.

Simpatia dos funcionários. A limpeza do espaço
É claramente uma residência universitária um pouco premium, mas muito longe de ser um alojamento hoteleiro. A casa de banho é minúscula. A cama não tem tomada perto (a única tomada que existe debaixo da cama é para um candeeiro que fica a meio da cama). O preço acaba por ser elevado para o que oferecem.
