The location is great and unbeatable! Beautiful view from the common area. They provided luggage service before and after check in, which was very handy! I didn’t expect washing machine and dryer but they were available for free. There was even laundry detergent. The kitchen was equipped with plates, pots, electric stoves, pots and microwave.

The external bathroom was a bit inconvenient and it was extremely hot, as ac only exists in the separated bedroom. There was mold on the window in the bathroom. The ac in the bedroom blows wind directly to the bed.

We were here for the Braga Romana. What a great festival and this was a perfect location. The location in the old part of Braga is also an easy walk from the bus station. The bed was really comfy and we had 2 good bedside reading lamps. There are many power points and little extras like hooks a chair and a hanging rail. Huge soft white towels and quality bed linen added to the comfort level. There is a small communal kitchen with a fridge, kettle and microwave. A cup of tea on the balcony was a lovely start to the day. Everything was clean and dust free.

An old building, so there is no lift, which I knew when I booked but we were helped with luggage, thank you. The communal kitchen bin wasn't emptied in the 3 days we were there.

It's one thing, but it really caused discomfort. You need a physical sign and to put it in all caps online when communicating with visitors that they need to DUCK. I am 1.7m tall - nothing crazy - and I banged my head 4 times of the opening to the bedroom. My head has a cut on it as a result. This is a safety hazard.
