Mama Guest home

The host provided very good instruction on WhatsApp for accessing the residential house and for collecting the keys from the apartment. The apartment door is monitored by a camera and it is a strong steel door which gives a good safety feeling. The whirlpool-like bathtubs are a nice perks and were enjoyed by my family. The host was also very helpful repairing one toilette flush within a few hours although it was a weekend. The kitchen was well equipped. Not sure if the washing machine and dryer also could have been used. Towels and shower gel sachets were also provided. WI-FI was easy to use and good. Also good was the elevator as the apartment is in the third floor, especially when having four suitcases with the family. The location is OK for reaching the metro by feed and also the central station a little further away. There was a taxi stand close to the apartment but for the airport we pre-booked a taxi for a fixed price of 21EUR for four people with four suitcases over WhatsApp with Naples Consortaxi.

A downturn is the the outside area of the apartment and it doesn't match the value of the apartment. During evenings/nights it is quite dark and the area feels dirty all over. But this is really subjective. Also the mattresses were not comfortable as they were were quite hard. However, also a subjective statement as other might like it harder. The included breakfast was just packed sweet carbs and should not really be called like this. However, the coffee pads for the espresso machine (and tea bags) were also included.
